Do you have any examples? Obviously I can't manually check them all, but the ones I have checked are OK.

I'm not sure how it could happen as each message is a self contained html file, which is created when the user posts the message. At the same time the main board is updated to add the link to that file in the thread, as well as any previous messages up the chain.

Deleting a message file will just give you an error when you click on the link for that message.
