Bulletin Board Update - January 2, 2013

It took a lot of talking with a group of technical experts regarding CGI and Perl. But, the new bulletin board directory structure has now been established. And the CGI Perl test files and passwords etc. work fine.

The next step that will likely be done some time today involves replacing the test Perl programs with a preliminary version of the actual bulletin board Perl program.

It is my expectation that this new bulletin board will help move the science of earthquake forecasting forward at a faster pace than is presently the case. People who believe that earthquakes can be predicted will be able to compare notes without arguments constantly getting started and slowing things down.
