I lost my post. I'll rewrite a brief version. I'll participate in science discussions here if there are good science posts to trigger me to think. I've been scientifically isolated by working from a home office the last 22 years, with the last 10 years being the problem.

I'm a research geologist using the seismic reflection method to study faults and folds (including active faults) and past climates.
