Mid-Atlantic Ridge at 29' N by 34' 30' W

South Atlantic at 52' S by 5' 25' W

Pacific Ocean at 10' S by 112' 30' W

All locations M 5 - 6.5 and +/- 3' ... this will run until 00:00 18th August.

I am still using on online data, so magnitude and a specific time period can not be judged within an acceptable margin. Ace data is showing strong influences on these longitudes (my interpretation) with particularly high levels on 5' 25' W and 34' 30' W.

The ACE satellite data stream has been shutting off at 23:56 ut for the past few days. the left limb of the sun (relative to map) has been on an approx longitude of 174' 30' E at this time (one reason I chose Alaska), the opposite being 5' 30' W. On the 2nd August, the SDO satellite observed the monthly new moon pass, but this time it didn't resume it's science mode after the transit finished at 12:07 ut. Anybody want to hazard a guess to where the moon was at this time ! (http://www.spaceweather.com)   I have been predicting on 5' 30' W for 7 days ... I don't think I'm reading to much in to this !

Adding three more locations to this prediction, which will run to the same conditions and expiry time unless stated otherwise.

Oman region at 20' N by 58' E ( very soon )

Solomon Islands at 10' S by 160' E

South Pacific at 64' S by 85' W +/- 5'

Calculation for ETA = Solomon Islands at 04:40 ut (7th) +/- 10 minutes.

I am declaring Mid-Atlantic Ridge at 29' N by 34' 30' W as a miss, an event of M 5.1 occurred at 18:11 ut in the Mariana Islands on the opposite longitude at 145' 32' E ...

A new anomaly has appeared in the ACE data, and is partly responsible for the data stream disruption (my interpretation), so I'm adding it to the list under the same conditions.

Mediterranean Sea at 35' N by 29' E ... approx. half way between Crete and Cyprus

An event of magnitude 7.2 occurred today (12th Aug) in the Loyalty Island region at 173' 6' E longitude, one degree of opposite longitude to 5' 25' W.  I don't think I could have emphasised this bearing more during this prediction! Am I reading to much in to this ? definitely "NOT" ....                                                                                                                                                                                    Duffy

Many of today's data streams are indicating strong responses from the Med at 29' E ... an observation.
