Sorlien et al paper is published and I found the press statement.

just scroll down : it is today the 3rd one.
It is accurate because we wrote it (the changed a little bit).
The most important thing is that a couple of big faults that had been published as thrusts are not thrusts. The tsunami hazard for San Diego (for example) would be lower than could have been inferred from the published papers.
