[Island Chris]

This cartoon surprisingly brought me a few tears. I received a D.E.U. degree from Paris 6 in 1985, and Island Wife grew up in the area, and some of my in-laws live in the Paris region.

I suppose a lot of what we do on this page is fight against ignorance and delusion with facts. I suppose the Charlie Hebdo attack is different and worse, but some of what is going on in USA is dangerous IMHO.

Chris, some ignorance may seem harmless. After all, no one seems to kill over some of the 'alternate' beliefs.

But.... the danger is still there.

I have run into folks who believe in chemtrails who are just this side of cross the line. There are even some who have advocated using laser pointers to blind pilots. So ignorance can be very dangerous, in any form.
