Thanks for the link Chris! I haven't been able to watch the news since the election gave Congress to the Republicans. I won't say anything further about politics, but I think you can guess what I feel.

That said---I don't live very far from where these quakes are happening. I keep wanting to go up there, stand around and wait!

I just checked the focal mechanisms of two of the M4s; the map error on one is 7 km and on the other is 3 km, and there is no depth given. The nearest station used is over 50 km way. I wonder if anyone has put in a local network?

So, Brian is correct; can't make a useful cross section through poorly located quakes.

There's been 126 quakes in the area in the last seven days.

Another 4.0 this morning (11/21). This just keeps going and going.

Yep. And it's starting to get media attention. As well as conspiracies.

Was listening to Coast to Coast AM last night and there was discussion that this is a harbinger of volcanic doom. Well, maybe not said in such words, but it leaned that way.

Seems the swarm is finally getting the attention of the seismologists. They're finally going to put in some local seismometers. Implied in the article, there's probably a heck of a lot more quakes than what we're seeing on the map.
