Duffy

Duffy;

Are you predicting a quake at this location or 90 degrees away or what?

Because there's never been one at that location. I had to extend the search to a 6 degree radius to find any at all.

My search program works pretty good now. Still some minor bugs to fix but that's normal.

Roger;

I count 7 events greater than 5+,  within 3 degrees of prediction location since 2010.

The most recent this year includes; M 6.2  7th Feb 22:03:55 ut ... 63' 18' E - 25' 17' N

M 5.2  8th Feb 11:02:37 ut ... 63' 23' E - 25' 09' N (EMSC)

Duffy;

There are 45 within a 3 degree radius since 1973, none within 1 degree.

If I'm wrong, let me know so I can fix it.

If you check NEIC or EMSC records against the dates above, you should get the same answers as I did !

Roger;

Yes you are correct, using "Define your Criteria" on EMSC site showed 7, when I trolled back through the 5's to 2013 it showed 6 on one day ... the error is EMSC.

Yesterday, you couldn't find any events within 6 degrees, today you have found 14 within 3 degrees.  I think we can conclude your program works ... all that's missing now is an earthquake in Pasni !

Roger;

I have been cross referencing some strong signals for the last two weeks, they seem to intersect in Barija, Pakistan on co-ordinates 67' 24' E - 28' 0' N.  This is just outside my corridor so I am not predicting, but I am curious weather any events within 1 degree have occurred here ?

I'd like to send you the search program but Google blocks .exe and .zip files
