My monitors have recorded a major aspect change this evening.  Signal begins at 17:38 ut, increases by 18 dB at 18:00 ut, starts to decrease at 19:54 ut, and terminates at 20:10 ut.   I am initially posting to record time data, source is elusive but strongest signals at present suggest 55' W or 125' E ....
