I placed 7 day predictions on El Salvador and Central Turkey over Christmas, because I believed I had a combinational link between them. This morning, my own systems recorded a substantial structure in the trace lines, calculations suggested Turkey. This evening, the ACE satellite recorded a similar substantial structure ( above ), calculations on this match El Salvador! The first and second structures relate to El Salvador, but there is only one structure ... the second is a mirror image of the first, slight changes in appearance are due to orbital refraction. The split between the two structures represents transition of night to day in the Aleution Islands at approx. 177' E. I'm still working the third structure, but preliminary results suggest South Solomon Trench at approx 165' E. Obviously, something has to happen first before this makes any sense. I may be wrong, but the image above gives some indication of impending activity in the near future ... Azores Cape St Vincent Ridge 15' W would be welcome about now!

M 5.8 Vanuatu 01:16 ut 16th Jan at bearing 166' 26' E by 13' 36' S ... approx 150 miles Southeast of Solomon Trench.
Nothing to claim here, except perhaps a little redemption for my strange space data interpretations ... 90% on El Salvador!

I started recording a substantial signal increase on one of my systems at 21:10 ut yesterday (3rd Feb), but with the weather being cold here, I didn't wait to see how it developed. This morning (my time) I found the same system was flat-lined, it had cut off at 23:53 ut after I had left ... I spent 3 hours re-booting it. As is my custom, I checked my map for 23:53 ut, and to quote from my recent test ( which is probably a big coincidence ), sunset was on 77' 21' W - 20' 59' S. I make mention of it here because the same signal has returned again, and the co-ordinates in this prediction shares the same sunset time as 77' 21' W. The test showed that "possible" correlations mostly occurred at some distance from the selected bearings ... but who knows !

For the uninitiated, the black trace in this image falls to the bottom of the graph at approx 23:53 ut. I captured this 2.5 hours after my post above. It may have nothing to do with quakes, but it enforces the fact that I maybe recording something similar. I find data because I look for it ... not because I desperately want to see it !
